Longview Support
Longview reads your full Apple Health history and draws long-term trends on your iPhone. Here are answers to common questions. If yours isn't here, email us.
I see no data, or some metrics are missing
Longview shows only the data you allowed it to read and that Apple Health actually has. Go to Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Longview, turn on the data you want to see, then pull down to refresh in Longview. No Apple Watch? Weight, steps and sleep from your iPhone, a smart scale or other apps are drawn too.
My data doesn't seem to update
Longview re-reads Apple Health every time you open it. While your iPhone is locked, Apple Health is encrypted and can't be read; Longview reads again after you unlock. "Updated" at the top of the home screen shows the last read. The current, unfinished week is labelled "This week so far".
Restore purchases
In Longview, open Settings › Restore Purchases, or tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the paywall. Use the Apple Account you bought with.
Cancel a subscription
On your iPhone, go to Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions, choose Longview and tap Cancel Subscription. The yearly plan renews automatically within 24 hours before the end of each period; after canceling you keep Pro until the period ends. A Lifetime purchase never needs canceling.
Is my data safe?
Longview only reads Apple Health. It never writes to it or uploads anything, and there's no account or server: everything is calculated and stored on your iPhone. See the privacy policy. Longview doesn't give medical advice; if you feel unwell, talk to a doctor.
